How to use
Step 1: Sit upright in a chair or on the floor with the trainer placed between your inner thighs. Step 2: Squeeze your thighs together against the resistance, engaging your pelvic floor at the same time. Step 3: Hold for 3–5 seconds, then slowly release. Step 4: Repeat for 10–15 reps per set, 3 sets per session. Step 5: Use daily or 4–5 times per week for best results. Tip: You can also use lying on your back with knees bent for a more targeted pelvic floor focus.
